Yanks Pop RHS Frank German in 4

Okay, Yanks finally remembered about right handed starting pitcher.  Frank had a meteoric rise this year, K'ing everyone and walking few. Tops out at 94, so it must move. Also has a 12-6 curve and a workable change.  He's a 4th year junior, so he's as old as a senior and will never be worth more than he is right now.  He was 1.58 with 108 K's over 91 innings with just 62 hits.  Spin rate must be nuts.
