In 5, Yanks Pop RHP Glenn Otto

The Yanks just took Rice's power reliever, whom they will almost certainly turn into a starter.  The guys who are covering the draft don't seem to know that the Yanks have begun a policy of making their best arms starters and keeping them there till they fail, or don't.  This guy backs up a big fastball with what looks like a power curve.  He's also 6'5" 240.  That's beastly and I am sure they will make him  a starter.
