Rangers Win

Face it, this guy is making the team.   He scored the game tying goal in regulation and the game winning goal in the shootout.  However; he is the only new low salaried vet F who should make the team.  Stempniak was awful again. Duclair and Hayes were both impressive and so was Fast, who had an assist on Malone's regulation goal.   JT Miller had the primary assist and he was also impressive.

The refs broke up a lot of Ranger passes tonight and for some reason whistled things against the Rangers that they did not whistle against Chicago.  Really refs?   Really?   Stop being such a group of provincial honkies.  You make me sick.    MZA, Duclair and other were run at to no avail, though Duclair did draw a penalty on Patrick Kane (whom he sort of plays like) after stripping the puck from him.

Ranger final cuts are coming up, and if they choose the right guys, only the refs will be able to slow them down over three periods.   They can play games of attrition and put them away as soon as the other team is gassed.

It was nice to see DuClair as the 2nd choice in the shootout. They are very high on him.
