Giants Waive Fox, Promote Fenner

The Giants today cut LB Dan Fox and promoted CB Chandler Fenner.   This probably means they are getting either Beason or Kennard or both back tomorrow.   Fenner was impressive in pre, so it could mean he's just forced his way.   May not be good news for Hosley.   Hopefully they can get Fox back on the PSquad.
