Rangers Sign G Alexander Georgiev

As if they didn't have enough netminders in the pipeline, the Rangers netted Russian goalie, by way of the Finnish League Alexander Georgiev.  He'd been playing with some the of the Ranger prospects over there, as well as for Russia in the Word juniors. Unlike Shesterkin, Georgiev will probably come right over and compete in the AHL.  As you know, most of the other goalie prospects, like Wall,  are in college.  I guess you can never have enough puckstoppers.  It could also mean some of the other  goalie depth could be heading off in the trade for a C we've been expecting.
