Yanks Promote Estevan Florial to Tampa in High A

Josh Norris is reporting that the Yanks have promoted the Haitian Sensation, Estevan Florial to High A Tampa.  This is unusual because he hasn't played Low A.   In fact, all he's done is electrify the organization in things like instructs, EST and his big season last year.  Now this could just be some exposure, as they sometimes do with the minor league rosters. Or, we could actually have a phenom in our midst.
