Knicks Tonight
So, the Knicks tonight will begin their long, taxing march to next summer's lottery. The new management team has commited to building around KP, Willy and Frank. That's great, but should be loserful this year, though we can prove ourselves true fans by watching the games and looking for growth. What's suddenly become a real possibility is that the Knicks will be rebuilt and ready to challenge before the Rangers! I doubt Hornacek is going to make the climb with them, though, since the team Prez is a dyed in the wool David Blatt fan, but we will probably find out if he can coach during this long tank and grow season ahead of us. Personally, I'm slightly sickened that they are opening up against Melo. But that's what they have to do.

I have so much more interest in this season now...
Zinger great.
Willy almost a DNO.
P
KP looked a little rusty. Thought it was weird that Willy only played a minute or two, and I think that might mean they are shopping KOQ or EK. Hardaway had some impressive moments and the whole team looked good for probably ten of the 48 minutes. Something to build on.
Hornacek said in the postgame that he is not in the rotation. The kid needs to play to get better.
Only thing I can think of is them auditioning KOQ / Kanter / Thomas / Lee for a trade -- No reason we should not be playing Frank / Wily / Dotson as we are rebuilin
Frank needs to stop getting hurt and then play as many minute as possible. PG is killing them.
