Knicks Win
The Knicks just won in yet another game that should have been a lot easier for them. Amundsen and Thomas are still playing too often, and generally over O'Quinn and Seraphin. Seraphin, by the way, is starting to show some talent. But, Fisher seems to favor mediocrity over upside, and thus we'll remain frustrated. Also, the Knicks are not really running the triangle and that's why their offense seems to freeze at times. And still, they need to design more of it around KP. Sure, he and Grant have both been missing shots they're used to making, but they will both come around, and it's time for Fisher to act as if they will. Nice to get the win. Still so much to be done.

So Fisher says Lopez played less because NO played a smaller lineup. This is the signing that bothered me because of the length of contract and dollars, but this scattershot substitution pattern for a backup is not the way to compensate for his deficiencies.
Play your best players!
I have no idea why every coach of the team insists on their Drews, Glasses, Thomases and Kuhns. It's maddening, and I can't believe they don't fear that kind of shit more than a rebuild...
2 out of 3 though show of have be 3/3
This guy makes some good points about the bench but I think he's dead wrong about Porzingis because he's the kind of player that you endure growing pains with:

The Knicks need someone to beat the shit out of anyone who takes a shot at Melo and doesn't get a foul called against him.
Actually, several because they're going to get suspended.
