The good news is that so far they haven't traded any of their best prospects, and that some of those prospects are continuing to succeed at higher levels.
That's true. They have to start integrating them incrementally because it's highly unlikely that they would ever have more than one, possibly two, starting at any given time. Is Girardi the right guy to manage that given how he panics under pressure?
It's also why I am against trades/signings that could block key guys. Money almost always equals playing time.
btw, Montero needs a public relations expert. He's actually hitting well: .286 .350 .489 .839 at AAA.
