Yanks Finally Sign Carlos Beltran

After three or four close calls in the past, the Yanks today finally signed Carlos Beltran for a three year deal.   They had been balking at the third year, but I guess it was fewer years than Choo was looking for and they felt they had to do something for the lineup after losing Cano.    This was the market.  Anyway, if he can stay healthy, Beltran is still a good hitter and should get a boost from YS. I suspect trades are now on the way.  I like this move, though, we may not be picking till day three of the draft at this rate.
