Chris Snee

News is starting to circulate that Giants longtime guard Chris Snee will be put on season ending IR today due to the condition of his already operated on hip.    Snee has received a lot of criticism over the past couple of years as his play declined.   But I will choose to remember and revere him as the greatest Giant guard I have ever seen, and one of the engines, along with Tuck and Eli of two Superbowl titles. If not for his sudden decline, he would have at least garnered strong consideration for Canton if not flat out election.  He was that great.   The Giants were a great running team with Snee and Seubert at the guards and it wasn't till Seubert retired and Snee declined that the running game floundered.    It's a sad day if he's done for the year or for his career. because Chris Snee is one of the all time great Giants.   Funny, we got him on the same day we got Eli.   That is sick value.   Good luck with your surgery, Chris!
