Knick Killer
Not to play the blame game, but Bobby Duhon is really holding back the Knicks. If the Knicks had even an average NBA PG, let along a good one, they would already be a top 8 team in the East, and a team that could do damage in the postseason. Lee, Gallinari and Chandler are ready to start winning. The Knicks have to get them a point guard, even more than they have to add LeBron.

I wouldn't say more.
Continuing the conversation on the Knick thread, the guy on ESPN 1050, Mike Crespino, commented after the game that the Knicks played well, but still lost because the Lakers are so good. Really, it's just Kobe, which is what motivated my post about LeBron.
The Knicks should get LeBron, but won't be all they can be without a PG. I think they need to keep Lee.
Donnie has to move Jefferies deal or all our plans are moot. I think we have come to realize that Curry wont be able to be moved until next year when he is an expiring.
We'll have enough to get LeBron and make a deal with Lee even if Jefferies isn't moved, but I assume he will be. Walsh is doing the "pretend to care about this year" thing he's been doing all season.
nice post. thanks.
Phil your gut feeling is Jefferies moved? Also from what you are hearing do we have a legit shot at LeBron? Worst thing that can happen is we get none of the big names, which I think won't happen..
I've heard from various sources that LeBron is in the bag. I think JJ will get moved.
That would make us the capital of the basketball world again! Bron/Gallo/Lee is a good starting point. To think that in summer of 2011 more FA's are avail and we will have even more space once Curry is gone. Today's tape needs to be burned
