Scottie Gomez just scored the game winner a mere :18 of overtime against Atlanta. It was looking like another OT/Shootout game after both regulation goals by the Rangers (Orr! Challahan shorthanded) didn't stand for two minutes. With Valliquette in the net, the mind immediately went to the shootout phase, but it was not to come. Atlanta turned it over and Gomez took it in and scored. Big win, but once again, we gave a point to an opponent. Go Rangers.
