Giants OTA 1 In the Books

So the Giants first organized team activity is over. The second one is tomorrow. A lot of good signs are being reported.  Significantly, Nate Solder stayed after practice and worked individual drills with Ereck Flowers. Hand drills. If you have watched Flowers since draft day, his hand placement has been AWFUL. I don't know why it has never been corrected, but it's a thing of great import that they are finally working on it now. That's leadership.

Eli Apple has also bee showing up and taking responsibility for last year.  That's good, and they're saying William Gay is providing more leadership.  Also, Sean Chandler had an interception today.  Also, Davis Webb hit Roger Lewis with a 50 yard bomb.  He threw another great one, but it was dropped.

Significantly, Lorenzo Carter is showing impressive coverage ability  You know what TE's have done to us over the years, and it would be FANTASTIC to have a big fast guy to take some of those away.

Odell was there stretching with Saquon, but they're not letting him do football stuff yet.

Also, if you watch the highlights on Giants.com Evan Engram looks FAST.
