50!!!!!
Aaron Judge hates suspense. Speculation that he would tie or surpass Mark McGwire's rookie record started to rise once he hit 45. He woke up yesterday with 46, and now has 50. Not only is he the new record holder, but he's just one of a trio of young sluggers. In fact, today was the first time that Judge, Sanchez and Greg Bird have all homered in a single game. I said before the season that that trio would break 100. And that was before Gary missed a month, and Bird missed more than two months. But the homegrown trio of Judge, Sanchez and Brett Gardner have combined for more than 100 homers and still have some games to play. But what we've seen this year from Judge is so incredible, that it's overshadowed the historic start to El Gary's career. Let's hope these three "baby bombers" continue to bring it throughout the postseason. Wow!

Crazy to think that Judge and Aaron Hicks were competing for the right field job this spring. -- @Feinsand

Yankee exec to me on the phone today: "I'm not talking about the netting. Goodbye. and don't f**king call me again.'' Click
That issue makes me so angry I can’t be rational about it. For a simple reason, the cost of the fix is so inexpensive compared to the cost of not fixing it.
Jordan Montgomery goes tomorrow.
Hicksie back. It will be interesting to see his role going forward. I’m still skeptical of his ability to remain consistently good.
Big start for Montgomery in my opinion.
Monty's probably nearing his innings limit.
Hicks needs to be the guy he was early.
He made a crazy good GS saving catch.
Castro with a blast.
Hicks walks for a second time to drive in a run. Plate discipline is key.
3 out again, but ....
