Yanks Add 4 in IFA

The Yankees have apparently come to terms with two OF's and two SS's. Everson Pereira is purportedly the #4 prospect in this Class.  He is an OF from Venezuela.  Ronny Rojas is an easy swinging SS from the Dominican.  Roberto Chirinos is a SS from Venezuela and Anthony Garcia is an OF from the Dominican.  Ronny is still 15 for a few more weeks, but will officially sign on his birthday.  It'll probably be a few years before we know if we got anything.  But, the Yanks have been doing well in IFA, so we should pay attention.  Also, that they had these 4 hitters lined up, may speak to the number of pitchers they took in the draft.

I'm still curious how these signings impact a potential pursuit of Otani should he get posted. Don't think I've seen a clear answer on that anywhere.

A single A player would hit more than Carter. They are only playing him because they are paying him.
