Rangers Take Game One
The Rangers just beat the Canadiens 2-0, in what was Hank's 10th playoff shutout. He was his old self, rather than his recent self tonight and it was great to see. Unbelievably, Glass scored the first and only necessary goal on a splendid backhand, of all things. Grabner had an empty netter in the last 90 seconds or so.
Jesper Fast seemed omnipresent and omnipotent tonight. He got an assist, but he really was a force. Zucc was agitating, and the Rangers were giving as good as they got for a change. Girardi even had a rare good game, and of course team D was better, but they did give up a few chances that Hank had to clean up and did. Big Win!

Good.
The other tenant at MSG is dead to me.
Should be a strong draft.
With their luck they will get the 9th pick...
