Mykkele Thompson Gone for the Year

And it just keeps getting worse for the Giants.   Rookie Safety Mykkele Thompson is gone for the year with what they are calling an "Achiles injury."   There's really only one type of Achilles injury that will keep you out all year and that's a tear.  I have no idea what the Giants have done to attract this bad luck, but they're a good, honest organization and it shouldn't last much longer.   Best of luck to Mykkele as he recovers.
