Yanks Lose Game and Possibly Ellsbury
Yanks might have gone with Eovaldi too long tonight, and worse, Jacoby Ellsbury hurt his knee and had to leave the game. Also, Miller gave up his first runs of the year in extras. Just a bad night. Also, it's high time the Yanks fix the bridge to Betances and Miller, end the Drew Era, and possibly make some 40 moves so they can call up Refs and Slade, as well and Lindberg. They have better options than losing these kinds of games.

They're approaching a crossroads, I'll believe they'll take the right path when they do it. Until then, nope

Remember Gerardi said that hitting comes and goes? It's not about pitching or hitting, it's about talent and the lack thereof I honestly think he doesn't see that
Listening to Girardi defend Carpender is kind of funny because he clearly doesn't believe it.
looks like slade is coming up
Ellsbury to 15 Day DL. Heathcott is coming up and he needs to play LF every game
If he isn't playing everyday, even if he is is 1-20, don't call him up.
If he's coming up, he needs to play every day, and if Beltran continues to stink, he needs to shift to right when Ellsbury comes back.
At some point, there is no reason to play Headley, Beltran, or McCann except for their contracts.
If they can return to winning, ok, but before tonight, Beltran's OPS+ was 82, McCann's was OPS+ was 92, and Headley's was 87.
It's much easier to make the case for playing Grego and his 46.
I hope Slade gets the full-time gig in CF for the next 2 weeks. Let Young caddy for Beltran, not platoon with Heathcott.
Please??????
