Rangers Win Game 1!

Rangers just won just another 2-1 game.  Fortunately they were able to do it in regulation, when Dom Moore after taking a late penalty, came out of the box and scored off a great shot/pass from Hayes.   Stepan had the first goal, from Kreider -- of course.  Marty and Nash missed some opportunities, as did Step and Miller.   But, a huge game 1 win.  Let's see if we can win a game 2.  Let's Go, Rangers!

We missed a lot of opportunities but dominated the majority of the game... Marty really needs to pick it up

I don't see to many more 2-1 games this series. Rangers need to cash in on their opportunities.

That said, this was a sweet win. And how sweet was it that Cally and Stahlman were the 2 defenders down low when Hayes hit Moore for the winner.

Zipay: Zuch cleared to skate, but probably won't play this series.

Lawyer;

And that's too bad, because if Tampa will be letting the Rangers play their game (wide-open skating, etc, as opposed to the way the Pens and Caps played), Zucc would love it.

Hope he gets well in time for the Finals. Although the Ducks also play a clutch and grab style.
