Rangers Tonight

Would have written this earlier, but I've been waiting to see if their were lineup changes beyond Hank being back in goal.   They haven't announced anything yet, so here we go, anyway.

The Rangers have only scored 5 goals through 2 games.   Rick Nash has three of them, which is great, but only 2 other guys have scored one, that's horrible.  As I mentioned last night, St. Louis has devolved into a miss the net guy or hit the goalie only guy.  That's got to change.   He's useless if he's not scoring.

The other big problem has been the Brassard line.   He and Zucc were borderline awesome last year, and now, something seems wrong with Brass's hands or timing or both, and Zucc has only shown his ability to take punishment.   They've got to start producing regardless of who the third guy is.

The kids like Duclair, Miller and Fast are getting close to breaking through.   The Rangers really need that too happen, because the problem has trickled down to the youngsters.

I expect a better effort tonight.   If not, it might be time to start talking Hangover.

UPDATE:  Kevin Hayes will play.  Don't yet know who will sit so he can.  AV also said their might be more changes.
