Yankees Draft: RHP Jordan Foley CMU

Yanks took a hard throwing collegiate righty in the 5th.   This is one of those guys who fell on an inconsistent finish this year.   But with the way college coaches abuse these kids, it's a wonder the market isn't far more volatile.   But here's a guy who has hit 96, and could profile as a starter or reliever.   The Yanks have been doing pretty well with these kind of picks.
