Yankees Draft: Prep RHP Austin DeCarr

Okay, well, we may be seeing their plan now.    This is Austin DeCarr from the Salisbury School in Connecticut.   He's from Massachusetts.  And he's got a tough to break Vanderbilt commit.   They may have to break the rules to pay this guy.   He's got a big projectable pitchers body and already has the kind for fastball/curveball combo that attracted Vandy to a Northeastern prospect.  He we see the Yanks once again doing something I wanted them to avoid, which is kids from cold places who haven't played as much.  Still, the Vandy commit speaks to excellence, so let's add him to the farm.
