Yankees Draft: Day 2

Today we should figure out what the Yanks's plan is.   Are they going to stat within the recommended spending allotment, or will they court the fines?  Clues will come in the form of college seniors drafted and preps drafted.  I expect a lot of pitchers, some catchers and corner guys as we move along.  And don't forget the Yanks are going to lop off the top of the IFA Hitting class this July.
