Sean Ryan to Coach TE's

Apparently, the Giants are moving Coach Sean Ryan from QB's to TE's.   It seemed more likely that they would move him back to WR's, but I guess they'd rather make one move than two.   That may turn out to be sub-opmtimal.   Kevin Gilbride Jr. didn't distinguish himself as coach of the WR's.   Nicks declined, Cruz's drops seemed to go up,  Randle didn't develop into anything reliable, and Jernigan either didn't develop quickly or was criminally overlooked.   Gilbride Jr. had coached TE's in one of his earlier stops, and Ryan had been good with the WR's.   But, I guess this is what they want to do.   The Giants are used to having Mike Pope at TE's.   There's almost no possible way this is an upgrade.   What's more, they now have a QB coach at OC,  a collegiate OC at QB's, a QB coach at RB's and now a failed QB coach / good WR coach at TE's.   Let's hope these guys are up to the task,

And I still can't believe they didn't change any defensive coaches or Quinn.

We'll see. Remember, I thought he'd go back to WR's and Gilbride would be TE's.

I do remember that would make more sense. it seems that this reporter from nj.com has some issues getting his stories right?
