Giants: Danny Langsdorf to QB Coach?

Wow.  The latest sourced rumor is that Danny Langsdorf will be joining the Giants as QB coach.   Guess they got tired of  waiting for Sully.  If this is true, he fits the profile of what we were expecting.  Young coach with pro and collegiate experience.  Between stints at Oregon State he spent three years working with the Saints offense with Ben McAdoo among others.  So we will now have input from a McCarthy disciples on the staff.   I hope this is true.  As much as Eli might have been more comfortable with Mike Sullivan, maybe it's time for him to be more challenged.  This guy could also step in if McAdoo gets a head coaching job somewhere.   Presumably Coach Ryan will be moving back to WR's and Coach Gilbride will be moving to TE's.  And all of a sudden the Giants are primarily young on the offensive staff.

UPDATE:  Ralph is confirming this and Connor Orr is saying Ryan has been let go.   Interesting.  We'd still need another new coach then.
