Whither LeBron?

Sorry about the trouble with posts disappearing tonight. They will probably reappear at some point. It's happened before. Anyway, with Amar'e in New York, LeBron's only choice of non-Knick big sidekick is free agent, Chris Bosh. The thing with Bosh is that he wants a 6 year deal, and that will require any interested team in doing a Sign and Trade deal with Toronto. The problem with that is that the one player they coveted in a Bosh S+T, was David Lee from the Knicks, and the Knicks have already filled their power need. So that leaves, Chicago, Miami and Houston scrambling for parts. Cleveland has not talked to Bosh or Toronto about a Sign and Trade. And meanwhile both LeBron and Dywane Wade are apparently annoyed by Bosh's attempts to piggyback on them. That makes the Knicks the only team with both a sidekick LeBron wants and the cap room to sign him. The math just keeps getting easier. Go Knicks!

What do the Knicks do if Wade says yes before LeBron?

I think I'd take the bird in the hand.

Are the Bosh S/T rumors a last ditch effort at helping save face w the Cleveland fans?

That must be what they are.

Why would Toronto do a sign and trade with Cleveland? What could they possibly get back from them that would help their club? It makes no sense.

They'd be turning Cleveland into a powerhouse in their own division and get back spare parts.

Bosh is going to Miami in a sign and trade for Beasely most likely.

As for Lebron, I still don't want to let myself think he'll be a Knick since I want to spare the disappointment if he doesn't come here.

That said, to play with Amare, Gallo, Chandler would be a pretty great nucleus.

When Curry is finally off the cap, we bring in the PG who runs the championship offense.

Although I still think that some team might take Curry off the Knicks hands this off season to get the cap room for themselves. We might get our PG that way.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wade is a Knick.
