Rock Bottom
The Yanks are at the nadir of their season, and if they don't start hitting by tomorrow are in danger of losing the season series to the Mets. Something has to be done. Now, the way to stop the negative state in anyone else, including a team, a company, a nation or a world, you have to interrupt it. That's what Cash needs to be doing now. It worked last year and it will work again tonight. Go Cash!

Cash also needs to stop pretending that Letroy Hawkins...I mean Chan Ho Park is good.
I'm sure he realizes that.
Then he should tell Girardi because using him down only one run made as much sense as not having Granderson bunt.
The way Girardi managed tonight reminded me of when Torre played Enrique Wilson in right field to prove he needed OF help.
Another passive-aggressive personality in the dugout? Sweet.
Mark Melancon could remove this problem longterm if he would just turn back into a bulldog.
As would David Robertson.
