Cuttino Mobley Set To Retire Thursday

Cuttino Mobley, who came to the Knicks as part of the Zach Randolph deal, will retire Thursday without ever having played a minute for the Knicks. His physical revealed a heart problem and after consulting with a lot of doctors, he has chosen to retire. The undermanned Knicks will gain a roster spot and could fill it by using one of their trade exemptions. I wish Mobley a happy, healthy rest of his life.
