Giants Tender ERFA Penny and 3 RFA's

So they tendered the fullback as well as C Jon Halapio, K Aldrick Rosas and WR Corey Coleman.  Out of these guys, I'd worry about a team stealing Rosas, who had a great season.  And I have no idea why, but the Giants seem high on Halapio as a C.  He got hurt before Jamon Brown sort of stabalized things, but things were no good when he was in there.  Also, last season they carried UDFA C Evan Brown on the 53 all year without playing him, but if they didn't see something they liked, he would have been a very easy cut. They should perhaps lock-up Rosas, now.
