Sincere Smith is Signing

Sincere Smith has told his local paper that he's signing and reporting to rookie camp.  I know there are going to be a lot of physicals and signings in the next day or so, and I'll trying to keep updating this post.  Had a feeling Sincere might be a local ringer. He's also a football prospect.
