Yanks Win a Tough One

The Yanks are getting the worst balls and strikes calls in baseball, and I wonder if it's screwing with the top of the order.  They've been awfully quiet lately.  Of course, it could just be awe at what Gleyber is doing, Aaron Judge is getting the worst treament of all, but he's not taking it into the field, where tonight he gunned down a runner at home on the fly, and later a moron going for second. He's an all around type.  So's Gleyber who also made a big defensive play before adding his 9th homer.  This was Sevy's third so-so start in a row, but he still only allowed 1 run (Trout'd) over six innigs.  We haven't had an ace who could battle like that in quite some time.  Tomorrow Bird returns and that should cheer up all of his friends.

As an actual possibility? Yes. I thought it should happen but I’m more cynical than you are.
