Multiple Reports: Giants Get Olivier Vernon

Wow.  In a move that could absolutely electrify the Giants DL, the Giants have apparently agreed with 25 year old ascendant DE Olivier Vernon.  This is just breaking, but the numbers must be big given that Jacksonville was apparently also bidding.   Vernon was graded as the third best edge rusher in the NFL last season and is really just coming into his own.   With the pocket now pushable, and JPP who still has his burst coming off the other edge, this could be fun again.  Hopefully the Giants will allow Owa, Wynne and a Draft Pick to create the waves and waves of passrushers, and will now turn their attention to the OL, S, LB, WR and possibly TE.
