Yanks Name Marcus Thames AAA Hitting Coach

The Yankees have made Marcus Thames their AAA hitting coach.  That fills up yet another job in the re-jiggered organization, and gives us some clues.  First, it means he won't be the new Yankee hitting coach or assistant hitting coach.  Second, it means they are recognizing results.  Refsnyder gave Thames massive props after last season for making a slight change in Refs' swing that lead him to even greater results.   Yanks still need a big league hitting coach or two, a first base coach, and a plethora of minor league coaching staffs to assemble.
