I happened to hear a little of Waldman's post game as I was driving earlier. She said that Girardi mentioned getting younger three or four times in the post game. It is hard to imagine how they're going to do that unless they're willing to eat or sit the big contracts.
They're going to have to. So what if you are paying a big contract + the minimum for a position?
