This Week On the Blog

This might not be such an interesting week on the blog, but then again it might.   It all depends on the Giants.

Giants: It's as simple as this: they win tomorrow or we stop talking about them till changes are made. They idiotically cut Eric Herman yesterday and kept Charles Brown.   They've grown beyond stupid when it comes to the OL since the decline and demise of the Snee crew. Not only can they not draft a good one outside of the first two rounds of the draft, they don't even know who their best 5 are.  So win tomorrow, or get the Knicks treatment around here.

Yanks:  The Yanks will continue their slow fade.  Tanaka pitches tomorrow and if he can build from there, that augers well for next year.  I don't expect them or particularly want them to sign Tomas if he has no control of the strike zone.  Not when instructs start, but I do know I owe you some more thoughts on the Farm.  Been working on a movie and it's curtailing my some of my longer pieces here.

Rangers:  The Rangers will begin playing preseason games this week.   We'll see how true the competition is between youth and age and whether AV will let the younger guys win if they win.  they could still use a trade to get under the 50 contract rule.

Knicks:  They'll start training camp soon.  And there'll be more articles about JR Smith.

So, it's all about the Giants tomorrow, though the Rangers will be interesting when they start.  Have a great week, readers.

The Knicks signed a few players this week.I guess they are getting the new D league roster filled out. I think I will try and take in a few games this year.
