Yanks IFA News Rolling Out Slowly

Got up extra early out here on the West Coast because the IFA announcements were supposed to start at 9 am est.  So far we only have 1 Yankee IFA announced and it's Dominican OF Frederick Cuevas, who signed for 300K.    That seems like small potatoes, but the Yanks have done pretty well with these 6 and even 5 figure signings.  Luis Severino got less than 300K, and that's working out, so hang in there, and I'm sure we'll have more to talk about.
