Rangers Sign Chris Bourque

The Rangers have signed Chris Bourque, the big brother of their prospect Ryan Bourque.    Chris has had a really interesting NHL career.   He's a talented guy, but it seems every time he gets frustrated with his organization, he takes off and plays in the KHL or SEL.  Obviously, another depth signing, but one with upside as he is a talented guy.
