Rangers Sign Michael Kostka to a 1 Year Deal

The Rangers signed another right shot D, when they added Michael Kostka on a one year deal.   He's 28 and will be 29 in November and hasn't really gained a ton of traction in the NHL after playing 4 years at UMass Amherst and spending a long apprenticeship in the minors before debuting in 2013.   More competition for the third pair, I guess.
