Eli Manning Could Have a Monster Season
Stories are coming out today that Eli Manning is a 50-1 shot to win this year's NFL MVP. I bet he has a better chance than that. Eli's passing numbers have been historically suppressed by the high risk/high reward offense he's played in until this year. In fact, Eli is finally moving into a version of an offense that not only inflates QB numbers, but has also produced NFL MVP's. They're also going to be playing uptempo and he's got plenty of weapons, as well as RB's who can catch. Provided the OL can stay healthy and keep him protected, Eli will have the best numbers of his career. So even if he doesn't win the MVP, there's a pretty good chance he'll be in the discussion.

I completely agree. The irony is that Eli got (too?) comfortable with Gilbride's offense because he enjoyed a lot of success, but it may have also put a ceiling on both his and his receivers' production. So yes, if the offense is healthy, and especially if they get some assist from the defense and ST with field position, it could be incredibly good.
