Yanks Draft: Vince Conde SS Vandy

He's a SS for Vanderbilt, which is a top program, but might be a 2B in the Yankee system.  He's been hurt a bit, and does't quite seem to be the OBP guy the first two hitters were, and he also swings righty, but he has a bit of pop, and we'll see what he does.  Another cheap signing.
