Justin Baker Gets an ATO

Justin Baker a two way D out of St. Lawrence has signed an ATO with the Rangers Hartford affiliate. He's a right handed shot who puts up points, but also has good size and speed.    The Rangers are capped at 50 contracts, so I wouldn't be surprised if they sign Baker to a deal once a bunch of contracts open up this summer.    He's a well regarded prospect.
