Giants Make Some More Cap Room

The Giants either cut or renegotiated Chris Snee's deal to save around 5M and may have gained some savings from Weatherford, too.  If Snee comes back and can be Snee one more time, it will be a huge help and serious bargain.   Weatherford just needs to regain his consistency and weaponality.  

Free agency no longer starts at midnight on the East Coast, so I no longer have the time advantage over here.  In fact, it won't start till 4pm EST tomorrow, though teams will still be making moves and rumors will still be spreading until then.    So if I'm not awake yet, post them below, and I'll catch up when I get up.    Giants have their work more than cut out for them.
