This Week on the Blog 2/23-2/29
Should be yet another fun week on the Blog.
Rangers: They will return with either 1 or two Gold Medalists. They'll also have to hit the ice skating hard for the playoffs, and decide what to do about Callahan, Girardi and the other possible free agents. They may also have to call up a kid to cover for MZA, though Dorsett may be well by Thursday. Using Dorsett instead of one of the kids would shorten the talent level.
Yankees: They may continue to try to sign Almedys Diaz or trade for Nick Franklin or both. At the same time they will continue training and begin playing games on Tuesday. Let's hope there are no more injuries or health setbacks.
Giants: As of today, it didn't sound like they think they'll lock up any of their own before FA Starts. Meanwhile, even though the cap is going up to 132M, the Giants still need to find more room, because they require so many replacement players. There were articles saying they wouldn't extend Eli, but that makes a ton of sense.
Knicks: They've bought out Udrih and Metta World Peace. What else can they do without really fixing anything?
