Nick Franklin?

The Yanks are rumored to be talking to the Mariners about their deposed 2B Nick Franklin.  If the price is right, this would not be a bad move at all.  The kids is just 22 and can play.  Plus he has a bit of a stadium swing.  In fact, if he was on my team already, I wouldn't spend 240 on Cano.  Actually, even if he wasn't I wouldn't have given an over 30 player  a ten year deal.    It would be good if they could make this happen.

No word on Diaz yet.

If he hits like he's projected, it will make up for any lack of defense. Roberts probably isn't going to be a whiz with the glove.
