Rangers Tonight
JT is back, for what will probably just be another cup of coffee under AV's wheel of standards. As you know, yesterday, he sent down Dylan McIlrath, after Dylan had played just two games and acquitted himself nicely against one of the McGratten. And it turns out that Chris Kreider, who has been the best forward on the team this year, was benched for overtime for not winning battles along the boards. Talk about cutting of your nose to spite your face. His persecution of the prospects wouldn't bother me as much if he held the veterans to the same standards. While I didn't want Torts back, AV is looking like the wrong choice. With the influx of kids coming over the next few years, they need a good teachers on the NHL staff, and it would seem they don't have them. Kids don't learn by being scratched.
Looks like Hank will start against the Islanders tonight. Let's hope he starts looking like real Hank.
