Rangers Re-Sign Callahan

The Rangers once again avoided going to arbitration with one of their core of young players by inking Ryan Callahan to a 3 year extension. Apparently they had discussed 4 and 5 year options, but the money, for right now worked out best at 3 years. We have to assume they will be willing to extend him even further if such a move is merited. Now let's give him the C and get this show on the road.
