Randolph at Center of the Lee Deal
The David Lee sign and trade with Golden State has gone through and the Knicks got Anthony Randolph, Rony Turiaf, and Kelenna Azubuike. Randolph is the key piece, he's 6'11" 220 and just turning 21 and he can finish, block shots and rebound. He's has significant upside if it can be coached out of him, and along with Gallo gives us two nice, long guys with some skills. Randolph probably needs to get stronger, but that should come with maturity. Rony Turiaf is good guy off the bench who can bang a bit and Azubuike is a shooter who actually plays D. So we're a better team than when the season ended, and we have room to get some more players. A point guard like Luke Ridnour would seem to be next. Good luck to David Lee. Go Knicks.

I can't even look forward... All I want to do is rip Stern and LeBron a new Ahole. This is the pits...
You want to feel really sick? It was over local tax rates. He didn't want to play 41 home games in NYC.
He could have made a billion. What a moron.
CP3 and Melo should be the targets
It had more to do with than local tax rates.
The Knicks are inept. They had years to prepare for this moment and should have known these 3 players had an agenda to play with each other. D'antoni was the damn coach when they cooked up the plan.
It's an embarrassment. Knick fans deserve better than an organization this poorly run.
I think it's time to jump ship from the Knicks as long as the Dolan's own the team.
I've been a Knick fan since birth, but this is shocking.
If you can't sell Lebron, Bosh and Wade on NYC then there's something very wrong.
Every other sport has no trouble selling great players on this area. It's the mentally weak who run for the hills.
The Knicks had sign and trade assets to get Bosh, Wade and Lebron. They could have packaged Lee and Gallo in separate deals to accomplish what the Heat just did.
There's no excuse for this other than poor management.
Running out to sign Amare killed their chances.
It's a sad day to call yourself a Knick fan. No confidence in this coach and the organization at all.
it was actually the 41 homegames and the tax rate. The Knicks are aghast.

Phil you approve of hiring Prichard to replace Donnie? Looks like he may retire, and may he have a full healthy recovery!
