The Yanks just completed a huge comeback win with a walk off hit by Jorge Posada. The Yanks scored 4 in the first, highlighted by a 2 run shot from Po, then stopped grinding against Jered Weaver, who ended up lasting through the sixth. Andy was a little off tonight and left with the bases loaded in the sixth. Mark Melancon came in and was ineffective. Between Andy, Melancon, Veras and Edwar, the Angels racked up 9 runs in the 6th and 7th to take a 5 run lead. Fortunately, the Yankees started grinding again. Cano hit a one out double to start a four run rally in the 8th. Albaladejo, who ended up getting the win, came in and pitched a perfect 8th. Down one, Tex lead off with a walk, singles by Matsui and Cano loaded the bases, and Po delivered a 3-2 shot to the gap to knock in two and win the game for the Yanks! A very exciting conclusion to a game where the pen really struggled. Way to pick up Andy and the bullpen, guys. Go Yanks!
