I know it's not Mets thread but tonight I saw Citifield for the first time what a site. I posted pics on Facebook. Cannot wait to get to Yankee Stadium.
Did not see the game how was CC tonight? A-Rod cannot get back soon enough.
CC made two bad pitches, but took one for the team.
After the pen was mauled in Boston good to see. Onward to the next one. Interesting question if Hughes does well, what to do with Wang when he is ready from the DL? Do we continue to shuffle Phil back and forth?
Probably keep shuffling Phil.
Phil, I love your positive foresight on the team. I was reading the BBI thread last night, and the fans lack your patience and confidence. CC threw a beautiful game last night, minus a couple of pitches. On another day, we would have won 5-4 and everyone would be talking about how CC gave it up for the team.
If we do windup shuffling Phil, I hope that does not mess with his confidence, I think he is gonna be a stud for us for many years.
Phil will be fine.
